Dreaming of Life in the Front Row

Everyone knows the one of the biggest events in the fashion industry is New York Fashion Week. What fashionista doesn't want to be caught sitting front row under the tents watching shows from Saint Laurent to Chanel walk down the runway?  I hope that one day I am lucky enough to be able to jump from tent to tent and write reviews on my favorite designers. Today I'm going to share a few of my favorites and for Fall 2013 and one of my favorites for Resort 2014! 

Sass & Bide Fall 2013 was to die for!! I fell in love with the patterns on the dresses and the jumpsuits. They did such a great job of mixing beauty and femininity. Here are some of my fave looks: 

Another amazing collection for me was Valentino Fall 2013. Valentino's standout pieces had to be the long-sleeve wool A-line shifts with laser cut white leather collars, the floral prints, the short alpaca coats and the embellished gowns. Take a look a at the ones I loved:

And of course where would we be without a little resort wear! No one wants to hit the beach wearing last seasons attire. One of my favorites for Resort 2014 was Trina Turk. The collections was simple and wearable but so classic. I love Trina's kimono-style blouse, a silhouette she is really into this season, and the masculine edge she has brought to a few of her pieces, such as her navy blue basketball style shorts.
